Instructions:
For the seasoned beef:
1. Add ground beef to a large nonstick skillet on medium heat along with seasonings and brown, about 8-10 minutes.
For the sweet potato fries:
1. Wash your sweet potatoes and then cut, skin on, into quarters, then into strips to make fries.
2. Toss in a bowl with the oil and season with salt.
3. Roast in the oven on a roasting pan or on a cooling rack set on top of a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. You can also air fry at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway. They should start to crisp up and brown. You can turn up heat for the last 5 minutes to 375 if needed. For best results do not overcrowd, and do in two batches if needed.
For the burger sauce:
1. In a small container with a lid, mix all the ingredients together well with a spoon.
To Serve:
To build your bowl start with the lettuce on the bottom, then add the seasoned beef, and all the toppings you like. Ideas are cheese, bacon bits, or avocado. Drizzle the burger sauce over the top to complete.
I like storing all my components separately in the fridge so I can build my bowls for lunch or dinner a few days in a row.
