  • Hi I’m Amy, and I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! I’m a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, flexible dieting/macros coach, habit coach, and Certified CrossFit Trainer.  I’ve worked remotely and in person in the fitness and nutrition industry for over a decade, helping thousands of clients just like you reach their full potential. 

    My coaching philosophy is rooted in integrity, education, and sustainability. I believe nutrition and movement are powerful tools for improving health, performance, and quality of life, but they do not exist in isolation. Meaningful change happens when we consider the whole person holistically, including sleep, stress, recovery, environment and daily habits. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all plans or quick fixes, I focus on individualized strategies that respect each person’s physiology, lifestyle, and goals. My role as a coach is to guide, educate, and support, so clients build confidence and autonomy, not dependence.

    I lead by example and hold high standards for myself as a role model, because trust is the foundation of effective coaching. I value consistency over extremes, and long-term well-being over short-term results. Through thoughtful nutrition, purposeful movement, and attention to detail, my goal is to help people feel better, move better, and create lasting change they can carry with them long after coaching ends.

    In my downtime, you'll likely find me in the mountains backpacking, baking sourdough, or creating macro- friendly recipes for you to enjoy!

WHAT INSPIRED THE NAME & LOGO?

A catalyst is an individual who motivates others to achieve greatness and sets an example through their actions. They cultivate a feeling of shared responsibility and commitment. The owl, my spirit animal, symbolizes wisdom, grace, strength, and discipline. The mountain in the background serves as a source of inspiration and contentment for me, while also cleverly integrating my initials.
