The Best Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
Sea salt Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chili powder
Paprika
Cumin
Olive oil spray

Instructions:
1. Lay your chicken thighs out on a parchment paper or cutting board and season with a sprinkle of each of the spices listed.
2. Flip the chicken over and season the other side
3. Preheat your oven or Air Fryer to 375 and pray the Air Fryer basket with olive oil.
4. Add chicken to Air Fryer and cook for 12 minutes flipping halfway through. Internal temp should be 165. Work in 2 batches if necessary. You don’t want anything overlapping.
5. To use the oven, preheat to 375 and cook on a roasting pan or a cooling rack over a cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until internal temp of 165 is met.
6. Once fully cooked, set on a cutting board and cut into smaller pieces.
7. Pour any liquid renderings over the top and stir in.
8. Serve or store in the fridge as meal prep!

These are perfect to build burrito bowls with, or to add to tacos, sandwiches or wraps.
