Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
6oz oat milk, heated
6oz hot water
15g collagen (I use Perfect Supplements collagen)
6g honey
1 tsp matcha powder (I use Mizuba Tea Co Daily Matcha*)
Optional: 1-2 adaptogens max @1/2 tsp each
Notes:
These are a few of my favorite adaptogens I rotate through and why:
Schisandra - liver health, stress resilience, and hormone balance
Tremella - skin-hydrating, glow-boosting benefits
Reishi - promoted sense of calm, immune boosting
Instructions:
1. Heat oat milk in a saucepan until steaming but not boiling. At the same time heat water in a teapot until boiling.
2. Add milk and water to a blender
3. Add honey, adaptogens (if using) and matcha powder.
4. Blend on high until frothy. You can also use a handheld frother but I find it does not mix as well and I end up with clumps of matcha powder.
5. Serve in a mug and sip slowly to start your morning.
