Almond Joy Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:
4 Medjool dates (about 22g each)
16g coconut butter (also called manna)
8g almonds
16g dark chocolate (I use Alter Eco 70% cacao w/ sea salt)
4g unsweetened coconut flake

Instructions:
1. Make a slit in each date and remove the pit. Pinch open slightly to stuff.
2. Add 4g of coconut butter to the inside of each date.
3. Add one almond to the center of each and press down, then add one chocolate square (4g) on top.
4. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
5. Store in the refrigerator or freeze! They taste great both ways and make a fun little snack or dessert.
