PB&J Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
45g Quick cooking oats
100g Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2oz whole milk
15g vanilla whey protein powder (I use Earth Fed Vanilla Whey)
5g chia seeds
60g raspberries or blueberries
14g peanut butter
Instructions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mason jar or container with a lid and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
When ready to eat, add raspberries or blueberries to a pan and heat on stovetop until jammy or microwave for 30 seconds.
Grab your oatmeal mixture, add the berries and peanut butter to the top and stir.
Notes:
You can sub out non dairy milk and other nut butters, adjust recipe/macros accordingly.
