Crockpot Crack Chicken

Ingredients:
2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
8oz ⅓ fat cream cheese
1 packet dry ranch dip mix 3 pieces of bacon cooked and chopped
30g shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions white and green parts, chopped, or chives

Instructions:
1. Lay whole chicken breasts into bottom of the crockpot
2. Sprinkle the dry ranch dip mix over the top
3. Cube the cream cheese and dot over the top of the chicken
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or high for 4 hours)
5. Shred the chicken with 2 forks
6. Stir in the bacon bits, cheddar cheese and the green onions
7. Serve on top of baked potatoes, in lettuce wraps or with crackers as a dip.
8. Sprinkle extra cheese, bacon and green onion on top if desired.
